We do our best to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively through customer support features in our Services. If we aren’t able to resolve the claim or dispute informally, we each agree to resolve it through binding arbitration or in small claims court (if the claim qualifies), on an individual basis, and waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action, or class or mass arbitration.
